Biography
Conny Lee was born in the Netherlands in
a City named Breda.
She was raised in Rijsbergen and grew up
in Etten-leur, where she still resides.
Throughout her childhood music played an
important role in Conny's life
and in
her home.
Her family loved listening to County &
Gospel music as well as a variety of
other music thus Conny's interest in
country music.
Conny's first commercial release was an EP
CD entitled "Little Too Late" in 2007.
The EP included 5 cover songs.
In 2008 Conny released her second EP CD,
"Don't Think (It's Over Yet)"
through
the VNC productions label.
"Absence" written by Dick van Altena,
and "Don't Think"
written by Laurens van
Wessel added songs to this EP.
The EP was produced by Laurens van
Wessel at his Studio 69 recording
facility.
Conny released 4 songs from the EP CD
with Hillcrest Music Canada
via their
Radio Marketing Service which in
turn made their way
for an extended
period of time onto the ECMA TOP 100
chart.
In 2009 Conny brought out her third EP
CD entitled "Still Going" which
included 2 new songs written by Wim
Pols.
In 2010 Conny's recording of the
song "Cowboy Boots Or Business Suit"
was included on the "Olon" CD
compilation compiled by the DCMA
(The Dutch
Country Music Assosiation).
The Production and arrangements on of
the above mentioned EP's
were all
created by Laurens van Wessel "Studio '
69"
Various Musicians who have contributed
to all the productions are ,
Andre Sommer, Joost v. Est, Mark Horn,
Han Wouters, Martijn De Laat and Laurens
v. Wessel.
